When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method through our payment processor, Square. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that we suspect involve fraud, unauthorized, or prohibited activity. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order; we may accept an order by shipping the product.

Each sign is hand-fabricated in limited batches. Manufacturing typically takes 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Free shipping applies as described in the product listing and may be subject to geographic exclusions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of ARKM Business Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our LED neon signs are decorative art pieces intended for indoor display. They operate on low-voltage (12V) power and should be used in accordance with the included instructions.
