Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. To be eligible, the sign must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original protective packaging, including all included accessories and mounting hardware.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the product price. This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and the limited-batch nature of our hand-crafted signs. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect (see Section 4).

If your sign arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement at no cost to you. To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage or defect and the original packaging. We will arrange return shipping of the defective unit and ship a replacement at our expense once the issue is confirmed.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order number and the email used at checkout.
• A brief description of the reason for the return or replacement.
• Photos of the product and packaging (required for damage/defect claims).

Email us at admin@increasehealthwealthhappiness.com or call 918-265-1721. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization, where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds, less the 10% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacements are shipped after the returned unit is received and inspected.

The following are not eligible for return:

• Signs that have been installed, mounted, or altered from their original condition.
• Signs with the protective film removed or that show signs of use or wear.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Gift cards or final-sale items, if any.

All shipments include insured tracking. If your package is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated 5–10 day shipping window, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Because each sign is hand-fabricated to order, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, or before manufacturing has begun (1–3 business days). Once fabrication has started, the order is non-cancellable and subject to this return policy.
